1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

● The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

● It must be in the original packaging.

● A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

● Gift cards

● Downloadable software or digital products

● Sale/clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mixedbyking.co.za with the following:

● Your order number

● The item(s) you wish to return

● Reason for the return

● Photos of the item if it’s defective or damaged

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

3. Shipping for Returns

● Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on

our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

● Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment

provider, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact

us with your request.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

● First check your bank account again.

● Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially

posted.
