Return Process<\/b><\/p><p>To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mixedbyking.co.za with the following:<\/p><p>\u25cf Your order number<\/p><p>\u25cf The item(s) you wish to return<\/p><p>\u25cf Reason for the return<\/p><p>\u25cf Photos of the item if it&#8217;s defective or damaged<\/p><p>Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.<\/p><p><b>3. Shipping for Returns<\/b><\/p><p>\u25cf Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on<\/p><p>our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).<\/p><p>\u25cf Original shipping charges are non-refundable.<\/p><p><b>4. Refunds<\/b><\/p><p>Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.<\/p><p>If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
